About Emily
With more than two decades of leadership experience, Emily Caldwell serves as Director of StrongPoints at Meredith College and teaches graduate courses in leadership. She works with individuals, teams, and mission-driven organizations to strengthen leadership, support meaningful growth, and help people move forward with clarity and purpose.
A Gallup-certified CliftonStrengths Coach and BoardSource-certified Board Consultant, Emily holds a Master’s in Nonprofit Leadership and is completing ICF-accredited training for her ACC credential, a professional certification in coaching. Her coaching draws on positive psychology and strengths-based development to help people gain clarity about their next steps, recognize their natural talents, and move forward with confidence.

My purpose is to help others grow and thrive. As part of that commitment, 10% of all coaching and consulting proceeds support Stepping Stones for Global Development, helping provide education for students at a school in Ecuador.
